Katleho serves as the Founder and managing director of KMA Incorporated, bringing a wealth of legal expertise and strategic leadership to the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business and Commercial Law from the Wits School of Law. Prior to joining Wits as a legal officer, Katleho worked at the Transformation and Employment Equity Office at Wits University, where he gained valuable experience in institutional compliance, policy development, and equity initiatives.
An admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Katleho’s areas of interest include general and commercial dispute resolution, property, mining, and environmental law. Known for his practical and solutions-oriented approach, he is committed to delivering clear, strategic legal advice that drives meaningful results for his clients.
